I don’t know what todo anymore..

My son is 7 months old and he is ebf. He’s slept in our room since birth. Has always slept in his own bed until about 2 weeks ago. He will not go to sleep in his bed without being OVER tired or a long fight of rocking soother repeat. OR! He will not sleep longer than an hour in his bed at bed time. Thing is, he will do naps in his own bed normally. So to get him to sleep all night he has to be in bed with me... what do I do.. his bed time is 8pm... I can’t go to bed then? I do need a little momma time😕😒
