Motivation and tips?
Hey hey! So I’m currently the heaviest I’ve been in my life. In my head I’m super motivated and have all these different plans on what I’m going to do to get the weight off. But it doesn’t last for one reason or another. I’m kind of upset with my myself because the fact I want the weight off should be enough to light a fire under my a**, but apparently it’s not. Any one have any tips on how to take baby steps or any stories about what helped them??
