Sudden choking

Okay mommas i need help!

My daughter is just over 3 months old and has woken up chocking suddenly.. this time it was so bad she was red and i could tell worried by time i got her to stop coughing.. she was using her soother and laying in bed when it started.. it only took me a couple minutes after the choking to soothe her and make her happy again.

But now im soo worried to put her back to bed.. as i dont want it to happen that bad again..

She has had similar things happen before but only a couple sudden coughs not nearly this bad.. i see her doctor this Thursday so will be asking her about it then.. but does anyone else have a baby doing this?

--im also a first time mom so worried anout almost everything all the time.
