Breast pain

I’m not sure if my breast are getting bigger or not but they’ve been hurting a lot lately since I’ve ended my period about 2 weeks ago. I’ve also notice that I have a lot more boob fat and pain in my right boob and I dont know if I feel a bump when I check my breast or if it’s always been like that. I’m only 18 and I’m always very paranoid when it comes to stuff like this. Has anyone experienced anything like this. Should I be worried?
