Law suit

I was admitted into a hospital to deliver my baby...I delivered him and I was so scared about having him go in a room to have test done without me so I told the nurse to let me come because I was already having problems and I was out of town having my baby... the nurse done a glucose test on my baby 🍼 foot a was squeezing it a lil hard and I moved her hand...I take meds so CPS got involved and took my child that night no court orders right then... I was highly upset 😡 and my baby been in custody for a month and half now and it was in another city 4 hours away from home... Anyway they kept me in the hospital I could not check out or leave... but they never explained why they were holding me and I was moved several places in the hospital and I ran off several times because I was scared and I could not see my baby for weeks and he was in the nursery hospital for a while and I could not even lol to see if he was ok... the people in the hospital has my mind going I thought something happened to my baby and I would try to leave the hospital and run outside to get away and people would run after me Like I was in danger but never told me the reason the were holding me in the hospital... I went through crazy accuracies and was even tied Down with ties and having weird things happen but they never explain they were holding me to put me back on my Meds... I just had a baby and my stomach and anckles were hurting and swollen for pain from running out...after weeks in there they finally let me rest and gave me my meds and then sent me to a behavioral mental hospital which were the ones that help me with therapy and things... but my question is do u think I can sue for pain and suffering and sue CPS for putting my baby in foster care so fast for no real apparent reason????
