IUD—cooper question

Hey y’all—so I got my IUD September of last year. From Nov to Feb I was bleeding nonstop. I figured it was normal since it takes some getting used to. I went to my GYNO and was given the pill in addition to my IUD to see if the hormones would regulate my period. Totally worked. However was only given the pill for three months. So now I’ve been bleeding nonstop since late June-ish. Should I just get my iud taken out? Maybe get on with hormones or just switch completely to the pill?? Any of y’all deal with this?
