IUD birth control

I’m currently on the IUD and my boobs have been hurting, nauseous really bad anything I eat I’m nauseous sometimes it gets to the point I throw up, and I’ve been getting heavy breathing like even going to the kitchen from my living room I get heavy breathing and I also get super dizzy as well. I’ve never experienced any of this except like a week ago, and it’s getting worse I don’t know if anyone has experienced this?
