Milk blister?

Hi ladies.
I'm 31 weeks pregnant with my first child. Noticed this white spot centre of my nipple a few weeks ago. No discharge or anything. Tried wiping it away but it's still there.
Is it a blocked duct or milk blister? Should I be worried?

Answer

No, milk doesn’t come in until after baby is born. Your milk ducts are in your breast not your nipple. When they are clogged you will feel large painful lumps on your breast. But again your milk hasn’t come in yet. 
It just looks like dried up nipple discharge. Nothing to worry about as long as you don’t have pain or fever.
