Milk blister?
Hi ladies.
I'm 31 weeks pregnant with my first child. Noticed this white spot centre of my nipple a few weeks ago. No discharge or anything. Tried wiping it away but it's still there.
Is it a blocked duct or milk blister? Should I be worried?
