Swelling

I am 22 weeks and experiencing major swelling in my feet. No other symptoms besides back pain (I was top heavy to begin with and now of course I’m exploding out of my bras) and I am wondering what is considered normal at this stage? I spoke with a nurse earlier who said the combination of the weather (101 today) and me being on my feet a lot contributes to the swelling. But I have also heard from other people that it’s too soon to be so swollen. Can anybody relate or give opinions? Thanks so much 💕
