Period only lasted a day?
Let me start off by saying that this is my first cycle off of birth control (Nuva Ring). My last period was September 2-8. My period was due last Wednesday (Sept 30), but I woke up yesterday(Oct 7), peed, and when I wiped there was a blood clot and a small amount of blood.
I put my diva cup in and went through the day. I took my diva cup out about 9 hours later and there was very little in it. Since then I've only been having a very, very small amount of brown discharge. It's basically gone now.
Was this my period or just my body trying to get back to normal?
