Omg! Pregnancy hormones are something else

So from day one my due date has been September 10th.

About a month ago I noticed on my paper work I get at every appointment stating my BP and weight and such that my weeks pregnant was off by 2 weeks, so I called my obs office and spoke with her nurse, the nurse told me yes that was correct my dr had changed my due date by 2 weeks making my due date August 28th. Okay, cool no big deal just odd that I wasnt informed by the dr.

So my next appointment I asked to be checked in my mind I was 36 weeks, she checked me I was a 1 and 50%, i went back a week later asked to have a sweep done I was a 2 and 50% so she did it. Next appointment I decided not to be checked. I went back today thinking I was 39 weeks and ready to be checked and for another sweep. So I'm a 3 and 60% baby is at -1.

So I'm like okay yes, maybe itll be soon now.

Well she asked if I wanted to schedule induction date. I said sure if I dont delivery by September 8th I'd like that day, in my mind that puts my at 41 and 5. My dr responded with well that's 2 days before your actual due date. I said no about a month ago the nurse had told me it was moved up by 2 weeks. Her eyes got huge, she covered her mouth and said "oh my gosh, that was a charting error"

Due dates aren't super important babies come whenever they want, but I'm so annoyed that I actually had a sweep at 34 weeks and could of ended up having a premature baby because of a huge mistake that was made.. I'm trying not to he super frustrated because in the end nothing bad did happen but still I cant help but be frustrated. I trust this women with my child's life and mine.
