What’s this?

Ok so we are trying for another baby. This month things have been crazy busy and we haven’t tried much. Last month my period was 9 days late and I’m 4 now this month. Since I got off birth control it’s been pretty regular. I spot a couple days before and then I get it. I started getting this yesterday and only when I wipe. I have never had this ever. I have tested and it was negative. I am going to be 39 next month. I’m wondering since this is the 2nd month if I should call my gynecologist. Thoughts on what this is?
