Pressure in the lady parts?

Here recently if I walk for more than a few minutes I start feeling a lot of pressure in my vaginal area(tmi ik). Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this. Should I bring this up to my doctor? It’s not just a little pressure, it feels like baby is pushing down extremely hard on my cervix, like he’s going to fall out. I usually have to sit down it gets so uncomfortable. I didn’t experience this with my first pregnancy so I’m unsure what to think.
