Worried about her bruises..

So my daughter is 2 and has always bruised a little here and there since she started to walk. She's so active and constantly climbing things. And clumsy always falling and lands on her arms...

So I know the bruises on her shins are supposed to be normal but what I'm worried about are these on her arms. Literally both arms have these small bruises on them... I'm so worried I feel sick. Google has made me think its something horrible. She has an appointment tomorrow.... is this normal? Or anyone's lo has had bruises like this?
