Blood pressure issues?

So for the last 36 hours I have had a really bad headache and none of my normal tricks are helpful relieve it. I do suffer from migraines I took my medication a hot relaxing shower even went to bed early nothing helped. I just decided to check my blood pressure and it was 142/89 when my normal is 90s to low 100s over 60s. I dont know if should call the dr as I'm worried this could be preeclampsia as I have been swelling pretty bad for weeks especially in my hands and feet.
