Drinking after ovulation?

I know this is probably a dumb question but is it okay to have a drink or two during the TWW? I prefer not to but we are going out of town this weekend and the ppl we are with will assume I’m pregnant if I don’t... (wish I was 🌈🙏) I just don’t want this to effect implementation I’ll be about 6 days DPO. Thoughts?

I think it’s ok to have a drink or two during the waiting period but hell if I know. I’m in the same boat since I’m going on vacation next week and would really love to have a drink here and there. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Just to add to your original post, if you're trying to conceive it's best to limit alcohol in the case you do get pregnant.

I recently quit drinking to be as healthy as I can be in order to conceive.  We have friends that drink every single day.  (I definitely dont drink every day.)  When we went to dinner with them they kept trying to get me to have a drink and I politely declined.  I told them I just want to take a break for a while and let my body get as healthy as can be and they totally understood that.   If someone has to assume you're pregnant if you're not drinking, that's really sad on their part.  I would just politely decline of they offer.  Offer to be the DD or the DSP (Designated Sober Person)
