For those who breastfed their baby, when did you get your period back? Was it regular? Was it very heavy or very light?

After my postpartum bleeding, I had very very light spotting at 5w6d lasting about 4-5 days and only appeared on my panties, never when I wiped.

I had ovulation type pains on the August 8th, along with a huge increase in cervical mucus.

I'm on cycle day 29 now, checked my cervix (to follow my cycles) and it's high up.

Trying to decipher if that was my period just extremely light, or not.

*Baby doesn't eat every 1.5-2hrs, she sleeps long at night also. I'm not on birth control either.*
