Bleeding after Cytotec for MMC

Hi,

So I found out I’m having another mmc, we waited a week to see if anything would happen naturally and it didn’t so they prescribed me Cytotec this morning to help things along. Less than an hour after taking the first dose I started bleeding. does anyone know if I count this as first day of period? We want to start trying again ASAP and I just don’t know if this bleeding would count as first day of period. It took me seven months after the last mmc to get pregnant again so I figured I’d start trying as soon as possible with hopefully proper dates.

Last time I passed a huge sac type thing would I expect this again this time? Do I count passing that thing as first day?
