Is this normal?

So, today I should be 4 weeks pregnant according to the app. I took 5 normal first response test and all came back positive and 2 digital that said positive also. One actually this morning, but all of a sudden this evening a had a little brown discharge. It wasn’t much and I called the doctor and they said that some women get it and it’s normal. I’ve had some discomfort, but nothing like period cramps. They are every 30-45 minutes and usually for 5-10 seconds camping (kinda like when you need to go to the bathroom #2.) The discharge has stopped now (in the last hour) I’m terrified and need advice!!! Please let me know in comments if this is normal and if you experienced this before. I have had several loses in the past and never have I birthed a baby. It’s so scary 😔
