So I noticed in this picture my 14 month old baby girls right eye looks a bit lazy. Turns out other people noticed too just didn't say anything pffft. Anyway does anyone have experience with this or advice?

You probably would have been offended if someone said something about her eye which is why people usually don’t say anything lol. Ask your pediatrician, I’m pretty sure it will go away as she gets older.

I myself have a SLIGHTLY (nobody except for myself and my mom has EVER noticed and did not notice until I was about 16 years old) and it doesn’t effect my day to day lifestyle at all or my quality of life. If you are concerned though I would definitely bring it up to her pediatrician!

My son has a mild lazy eye that seemed to be getting worse. Anyway, our family doctor sent a referral to the pediatric ophthalmologist. We saw them and it was super helpful. In our case, his eye was fine and they are just keeping an eye on it. However, it’s definitely something that you want to get checked out. If the eye is left as is, the body can begin to neglect that eye and the eye can eventually become blind. So I would get it checked out soon. There are things they can do to help if it is caught early.

My 6 month old daughter also has this and when I mentioned it to my hv she said it can be normal up until they are 9 months. If your worried go see your gp,I will if it doesn’t improve.
