period after miscarriage ??
so on july 16 I found out I was pregnant started spotting july 27. I got multiple ultrasounds but nothing showed up on them. I should have been almost 6 weeks at that time. my hcg was only at 340 i continued spotting up until august 5 when I got a vacuum aspiration done to end the pregnancy completely. when should I expect my
period?
