should i be worried?

hi ladies, gents, non-binary friends. so i got on the mini pill right before i started having sex (though i did wait +2 days like the instructions said). i’ve taken my pills consistently, and i’ve had sex w/o a condom a few times, but he hasn’t cum anywhere near down there. but i missed my period this month, and they’re normally pretty regular (i’m now over two weeks late). i have spotted a bit though. is this a cause for concern, or is it more likely just a side effect of starting the mini pill? thanks 💗💗

EDIT: to answer the question, no, i waited 4 days but it’s the mini pill so it allegedly only takes 48 hours to start working.
