Ovarian cysts

I would really appreciate some advice from anyone on here who has had experience with ovarian cysts or is a doctor or nurse or other clinician.

I have been having some pain in my lower left abdomen for a few days and have been pretty nauseous as well. When I press on where it hurts I feel something deep that is not there on the other side. Six months ago I had an ovarian cyst the size of a grapefruit and ultimately an ovarian Torsion. I’m freaking out and I don’t know what I should do
