Second chances?

My boyfriend and I have been dating since Jan and everything is going great but I found out that he tried to sent a dick pic to another girl over Snapchat. He accidentally sent it to me instead with another girl name on it. He hasn’t sent me anything like that so I asked what’s up with that. He said he was super sorry and he doesn’t wanted to ruin anything between us. He asked if I can give him a second chance and forgive him. I told him maybe but I have to think about it. What should I do?
