Working mom not enough milk
I went back to work around 10 week pp I can only pump once at work and I am at the office from 8 am to 6 pm. For the day care I take everyday around 12 oz for my baby (3 bottles of 4oz each) but I only pump 8 to 10 oz per day. When I arrive to my house with my baby I only breastfeed all night. Not sure what to do to pump more milk once a day. Not sure if I have a bough milk to provide to my 4 Old month baby.
