Late ovulation???? Please help!

So I've been having issues with ovulation. I finally talked to my doctor and got my blood tested for progesterone on CD21, my result was 0.6, meaning I didn't ovulate. But I got home and took my daily ovulation test, and I finally got my peak! I couldn't believe it. I'm on CD23. I've never "ovulated" this late. Don't even know if it true or not. Wanting to call my doctor back to see if I should check my levels again. Has this happened to anyone?? With any good outcome??

Did you use a digital test? Do you have pcos? Last month I didn't ovulate until like cd 28 but I'm pretty sure that it has to do with the ibuprofen I took the day before I was supposed to ovulate. I don't know if you take like ibuprofen or anything other than like Tylenol really, but if you take it close to ovualtion it can delay it. My ovualtion has been on random days, but I recently started taking solaray fertility blend vitamins, and it seems that it is regualting my period already. Last month I had a 42 day cycle and I'm pretty sure this month I'm back at 28 days.
