Anybody else struggling to get enough sleep?

At 24 weeks and I have been waking up to pee at between 2 and 4am and rendered completely unable to fall asleep again.  Is this just me? Or are you all struggling with this too?

Yup!  I’m at the point of just flat out being uncomfortable.  I have to pee like 101 times and I just can’t fall asleep.  School has started for my kiddos and I just wanna die because by the time I do fall asleep I have to wake them up to get them to school.  I have a 2 year old at home who goes nonstop so I can only dream of a nap!  Guess I better get ready because it won’t get any easier with a newborn!

Yes, but its not cuz i have to pee a lot. I tend to wake up at like 4am & just feel wide awake. Reading pregnancy/baby stuff & eating fruit usually puts me back to sleep in 30-45min. But i wake up tired in the (later) morning for work.

I wake up at 2:30 every morning now. Mostly to go pee. And then I’m up for another hour cause I can’t sleep!!

Take sleeping Medicine before bed. My nights are completely different if I don’t and they are safe for pregnancy. I take unisom or Tylenol pm just depending on if I’m also having pain. But I can usually go back to sleep and stay asleep much easier or I won’t even wake up to pee until morning. Another thing u can do it limit drinks a couple hrs before bed.

Yes!!! This is so me. Wake up between 2–4 then if I’m not working I can fall back asleep at like 6 it’s been a struggle for two weeks now! I’m 23 weeks
