Maternity belt ??

My doctor told me my back/leg pain is sciatica. She recommended a maternity belt. Any suggestions on brand or type?? Please tell me it helps!

I got the fit splint and it does help, however I found what helps the most is prenatal massage.

I have a Gabrialla and I love it! A friend lent me one from motherhood maternity and it didn't help at all, it's the same size in terms of width all around so I didn't feel it helped. The Gabrialla is much, much wider to cover more area of the lower back and it sits really well and doesn't move out of place or irritate my skin
