Hey so I’m almost 3 months post-partum and I’m exclusively breastfeeding. For the first time since giving birth I’m bleeding.

Its kinda like a period but really light from what I’m used too. My periods before were extremely horrible and what I’m having right now is maybe spotting...Maybe a little more than that (it’s only been 2 days and all I’m using are super light panty liners)

I was wondering if this is normal? Will it affect my milk production or am I ok? I’m a first time mom so any advice would be super helpful!!
