Am i going through menopause?

Hi I'm 44 and trying to conceive..well my periods are pretty regular acxording to glow...but my last period was a little different..i lasted my average 5 days but i started 3 days late and i had a medium menstrual flow..not very heavy in the beginning like i normally have..plus after i thought my period was finished ive been spotting light blood....and then today i started having period like cramps and when i go to the restroom and wipe there's a very light pink tint on the toillet paper.

Any thoughts are welcomed...
