Guys.... I have a Hank Hill butt. 😢 All sarcasm aside though, it’s literally flat.... like a piece of paper, lines up exactly with my legs and back. It’s horrible lol. I’ve been losing a ton of weight (225 lbs to currently 170 since January 25th, with an end goal of 155).... but even when I was 225 I had no butt. I’m not looking for some crazy incredible ass that you see all the time. But I would like there to at least be a little bit of a bump for my butt when I look in the mirror lol. What are some workouts you have done at home that has truly helped.... I don’t go to the gym, and don’t have time in my day to incorporate a gym trip, so at home is key. How long did it take for you to start seeing a little bit of results? Thanks in advance ladies ☺️
