To pump or not to pump...

Little one has been sleeping for 3 hours and the girls (boobs) are becoming sore. If I would have known the little stinker was going to sleep this long I would have pumped an hour ago! She's 7 weeks old and I'm pretty sure she's hitting a grown spurt due to how much she nurses and then sleeps. I only pump to store milk for the sitter. I'm afraid if I pump now she'll wake up in the middle and be starving. I don't like feeding her from a bottle because allowing her to nurse from me keeps my supply up. Oh decisions decisions...
