My 2 year old sleeps with his bobo and black bear. (And his new build a Bear from today that he’s currently obsessed with) but he doesn’t carry them around. When he wakes up sometimes he’ll carry them to the couch and cuddle with them while we watch our morning cartoons for a bit 🤷🏻‍♀️

My LO is 19 months and doesn't have an attachment to anything in particular. He sleeps with a lovey but we have a different one at home, daycare and his grandma's house. As long as he has one he is content lol 🤷

My 15 month old falls in love with a new stuffy practically every day. She’s got a cpl favorite blankets but it’s not the end of the world if they go in the wash and she uses different ones at bedtime.

My son has a Simba lovey that he is still devastated to not have nearby at 5 years old. Simba was a baby shower gift from my sister that has always been with him. When he was a baby his family and I kept good track of Simba so they could be together outside of the house, as my son got older we worked on leaving Simba at home to keep him safe and clean. He’s learned from dropping Simba in a puddle not to take it out when he’s playing, and from leaving it with family and not having it at night to keep Simba where he is staying the night. He’s actually very good about remembering not to leave to stay the night with other family or come home without Simba. He’s really okay during the day, though he still insists on having Simba just nearby sometimes, and he mostly just wants Simba to sleep with. 
When I was growing up I had a stuffed bear I called “mama bear”. I always have loved stuffed animals and mama bear was with me until I moved out of my families home at 19. Then my mom mailed it to me a few years ago. Mama bear forever ❤️ and Simba too

From the time my daughter turned 1 we gave her a stuffed animal dog and small blanket and she was pretty attached to them for a year or maybe year and a half after that. She always had them at naps and bedtime but she kind of grew out of it on her own. We still usually leave the blanket in her bed but she has other blankets she likes and uses just as much now and the same with the dog, some nights she’ll ask specifically for him and other nights she picks other stuffed animals.
