So I went to my 35 wk appointment today and my doctor was looking for baby’s head with the US. He was SO low, she was shocked! She said she was surprised at how low he was and how big he was looking. She asked if I’d like a cervical check to see if things were moving and said it’s closed but baby boy is right on top of it (she could feel him, so weird!) and that it’s definitely thinning. Anyone have a similar experience and make it to 36+ weeks? I imagine I will, but she said at this point it’s totally up to baby when he’ll arrive. She’s not worried at all and says all signs point to a very healthy baby and mama but I’m just definitely a little worried now 😱 it feels SO real and SO soon. I thought he’d be late even! Any experiences or wisdom to share? I have a lot of faith it will all turn out fine, but just like hearing other experiences.
