TTC for 7 years

I’ve been trying to conceive for about 7 years now on and off with no luck. I recently married my husband and we’ve been trying to conceive for about one of the seven years, I recently went and had a HSG test done and found out that it seems like only one of my Fallopian tubes is working... has anyone else had this problem and still conceived???
