Advice ?

So about two months ago the yard behind us got moved into with two bigger dogs. The dogs bark constant all day everyday to the point of waking us up every morning. I’ve minded my own as I have two smaller dogs and figured theirs need time to adjust. However, one of their dogs jumped the fence into our yard and chased my cat up the tree.. I am over hearing their dogs bark all day/ night & worry for when the baby gets here. Y’all have any advice? I was thinking writing a note and putting in their mailbox explaining we have a newborn on the way & the barking is getting out of hand.
