Avocado! Then Brussel sprouts then green beans and then at about 7 months I started fruits. Pediatrician says that starting with fruit makes baby favor sugar and not be open to veggies. My baby is 1 and now eats everything. The doctor also said if you feed your kid something you don’t like they probably won’t like it? but yeah! try baby led weaning!!!!

First was bananas then shortly followed by carrots, peas, etc. He was 4 months, we started him so early on pureed food because our pediatrician told us to.

My baby is 4 months and she just tried green beans for the first time!! She loved them. Next week we are trying zucchini!

The kid I nanny does puréed broccoli, sweet potatoes, avocados, and other veggies :) He o My has fruit if it’s mixed with mostly veggies-never alone!

Recently I’ve seen a lot of people try avocados first and get upset when the baby doesn’t like it. Try something sweet first like bananas.
