How much do you express?

I’ve recently started expressing regularly after buying an electric breast pump - the manual one was a nightmare so I slacked BIG time. 
Anyway baby is 7 weeks now so I’m a bit (or a lot!) late to the game and I’m not sure if what I get is an okay amount. I express in the morning after LOs feed (he’s EBF) and this morning I got around 2oz from each side but usually I get a less from my right side compared to the left.

This is what I usually get in the AM after she only eats off of one side. I’ve been pumping 3 times a day since she was about 2 weeks now 7 weeks and I also use a Hakka on the opposite side she eats off of and I get about 2-3oz off that breast each time. Currently have a stash of 600oz. If u need help with producing more milk I drink pineapple juice coconut water 24oz a day, and 3 24 oz water bottles along with a supplement called let there be milk drops. I also bake lactation cookies/brownies and muffins and I eat about 4-6 cookies a day one muffin for breakfast and two brownies for dessert after dinner and it has helped a lot. I get about 20oz a day to store on top of ESB her

I use a hakaa while my little one eats the other side and I can only get 0.5oz each time, if anything. If you exclusively breastfeed it's normal to get a small amount when you pump. 2oz is great!!

I also have the elvie but cant seem to find a good bra for it. Which ones do you use and where did you get it? 
I normally only pump if im away from baby but in the morning about 30m to an hour after feeding baby, if i have to pump, i get about 6oz combined and then each pump afterwards is 5-6oz combined while away from baby.

My baby is 5 weeks old and I have been pumping once a day since my milk came in and still only get at most 2oz from each side (without him feeding beforehand). I drink a ton of water, have a body armor drink once a day, and eat oatmeal with flaxseed meal every day! Wish I could pump more! I have to supplement with formula too...he will nurse form both breasts and still be hungry for 1-2 oz of formula!
