How did sex feel for the first time after your baby?

I’m 7 weeks pp and had a first degree tear, my hubby has been practically begging me for sex as we stopped when I was about 6 months pregnant and haven’t done anything since. I feel bad but I’m just too scared to try yet.  Like I have no interest it trying yet.  He’s been driving me crazy asking for sexual favours and what not. He asks in a joking way but still I feel offended and annoyed lol.  When did you start having sex and did it hurt?

I had a cesarean but it still felt like I was a virgin all over again haha. Did it once around 4.5 weeks and again at 6. It felt considerably better the second time.

I was just shy of the 6 weeks. It was uncomfortable and awkward as lo decided to wake up half way through 😂 it was also planned hense the awkwardness as I was so nervous I just wanted that first time out the way 😂 I’m 8 weeks pp and we are now almost back to normal. Not quite as often but every other day ish :) my sex drive has built up the more we do it and I’ve found my fiancé makes even more effort which is just great! ;)! I’d say just rip the bandaid off, but make sure he’s gentle 😂 (aslong as you’re past 6 wk mark and everything is okay down there)

With my first we had sex at 6 weeks and it was uncomfortable but not painful. We used plenty of lube.
But goodness, my sex drive never came back. I breastfed until I got pregnant again and I RARELY get horny anymore. I would still have sex but only once a week or less. With this baby I'll start having sex again after 6 weeks (so, next week) but my libido is still shot. I'm hoping once I stop breastfeeding for good that it'll come back!

I’m 7 weeks post partum & we took a long break while I was pregnant. it was a little uncomfortable but not painful.

We had sex at 3 weeks PP and I also had a 1st degree with a couple stitches. Sex was sore at first but great and its been great since then. I think it helps that I did get my sex drive back. I wouldn't let feel hold you back you know your body and your relationship.

We had sex at 4 weeks and it was just as it always was. I didn’t have any tearing though.

We did it the first time at 5w pp. I had a 2nd degree tear and to me, it hurt really bad. But after a few times it stopped. We didn't have lube so that was part of the problem. I was breastfeeding at the time so I couldn't get/stay wet. But now it is great.
