Period symptoms day after ovulation

So the past couple of months when I’m 1 dpo, my nipples have started to hurt all the way up until AF comes. If my body is preparing for AF this early then surely there’s no chance for an egg to fertilise and implant?! So worried my body is all out of sync since my miscarriage in May 😔
