Share Your Milk-makin recipes/food
Hi Ladies,
I was hoping we could all share our favourite recipes, supplements, foods that help you increase or at least have a steady supply of milk. Please be specific because usually that's what everyone else wants to know.
I found that drinking 2x a day Mothers Milk, taking Fenugreek 2x a day 3 capsules (1 capsule 610mg), eating oatmeal for breakfast or as a snack if I don't eat lunch help with a good flow. I also make these cookies I found the recipe online and I have one a day when I feel like a little boost.
I EBF, have not started to pump, but planning to do so in the next 2 weeks.
Recipe for the Milk-making cookies. I do modify this a little bit as I don't think you need that much sugar :)

My oatmeal. 1/2 cup old fashion oatmeal, 1 Tsp flaxseed and chia, some almonds, coconut flakes, granola and blueberries. Lactose free milk.
