Clogged duct
I’m a first time mom I don’t plan on breastfeeding and gave birth 4 days ago now my boobs and super hard and lump the pain is starting to get bad I tired compression of heat that didn’t work I tried to pump and message the lumpy areas but nothing seems to work.. what can I do to unclog the ducts fast????
