LO is 15w, supply has been regulated (never had an oversupply) for weeks now. But since yesterday, my righty is feeling like "full" sore. I can't put my arm too close to my body because it will hurt. Her nursing on it doesn't relieve any pain. No redness, or lumps. Why would it be hurting?
