Tea or coffee ?

Do any of you still drink k tea or coffee ? I keep reading conflicting information

Yup yup. I’m not a heavy coffee drinker but I’ve had my usual morning cup of iced coffee pretty much every weekday most of this pregnancy. My doctor said one or two cups was just fine.

I drink 1 to2 cups of coffee a day.  Currently 40 weeks with baby #2. Drank coffee with my first as well - she’s a very healthy 15  month old 😊

Yes i am pregnant with #3 now, 36+3 to be exact and I have drank coffee this whole pregnancy. I didn't with my other 2, but being a mom of two and pregnant, I needed some energy lol. As long as you keep it 200mg a day, is the recommend amount of caffeine. So I have been having about 2 regular cups of coffee a day. And my son is actually measuring great and active and healthy. 😊
