Scheduled Repeat C-Section

Hi ladies, so I just had my 30-week appointment today and they scheduled me for a repeat C-section for November 1st. I really want a VBAC, but my ob group will not induce for a VBAC. My only chance is if I go into labor before November 1st. So my question is, what can I do to encourage that to happen? I know baby won’t come until she’s ready, but if there is anything safe that encourages the body to go into labor naturally that you know of, please share and when to start doing that. I don’t want her to come before 38 weeks. TIA
