Normal, sometimes if gas gets stuck underneath the food it will push up the milk once they finally do burp. That looks like milkfat too. Make sure you burp your LO very much to prevent this and hold them up for at least 20-30 minutes after feeding! I hope this helps ❤️

My LO has bad reflux so I feel ya, mama
We switched to like 6 different formulas, and two different prescriptions to finally get a handle on hers. 
For her, it’s Enfamil-AR and nexium. I’d suggest speaking to the ped about a medicine if you’re willing to give one a try. The nexium is like a life saver for her.

All the time. It’s normal, could be reflux but if it’s just one time it’s super normal. Try to keep baby upright after a feeding for 30 minutes.

My girl will do this once in a blue moon if she didn’t burp well after a feeding. Almost like it gets stuck under a burp and comes up later
