Normal?

Just wondering if it’s tome to see a doctor. Started feeling sick last night with sore throat. Woke and felt okay but still had sore throat then all of a sudden I was freezing. Fever went from very slight 99.5 to 102.1 in about 2 hours and my heart is beating fast at about 134 when normal resting is like 80-90. Do I go to urgent care or just wait it out? Took Advil about 30 minutes ago and it’s not helping, at least not yet.
