Std or yeast infection?

So I’ve had this feeling probably around a week or two.. it comes and goes, so I always think it’s not anything and that I’m just sensitive. If I don’t shower everyday my vagina will get irritated with me. I started using summers eve to help clean better. Of course only on the outside. Anyways I was out to eat with my best friend last night. I went to the bathroom and it burned when I peed. And I’m itchy on and off. I felt itchy at work today and now I’m home laying down and I am again. I’m really scared honestly I could cry. I hope it’s just a yeast infection but I feel itchy right now. It doesn’t burn every time I pee. I haven’t noticed any unusual discharge. When I go to the bathroom there is a little bit of milky discharge that will go in the toilet but its never in my underwear. My doctors don’t have an appointment open until September 10th I think I might have to go to urgent care. Can they test for everything there ?
