Anterior Placenta, later turn into placenta Privia?!

I went in for low fetal movement this morning, I’m 28.4 weeks but measuring 29.4 weeks. Last night I didn’t feel my son, and after 2 kids I know that’s not normal! I am use to his heavy rolls, kicks, jabs and butt sticking out of my stomach. Last night I went to sleep waking up a few times to pee, then at 830am I woke up and realized I hadn’t felt him move all night.

I ate a bowel of cereal and laid down... nothing, I shake my stomach and nothing, so I got up and drank? Drunk? 2 glasses of ice water and 2 Capri suns hoping it would help. After laying in bed for over an hour he didn’t move but 2 small jabs to my side! I took a shower, had 2 more glasses of ice water and laid back down; again nothing So I decided to go in to L&D.

I got to my room and they gave me more water, brought me lunch hoping it would help and again nothing. They hooked me up to the monitors and there he was moving and kicking like crazy within a few mins he kicked at least 20 times but I felt nothing. The doctor ordered an ultrasound and it turns out I have an anterior placenta which explains why I wasn’t feeling anything; the RN said she doesn’t understand why I was never told at my last ultrasound cause they would have definitely seen it.

After she measured the baby she told me his head was measuring 30 weeks on the dot and his body was 29.6 weeks ahead. So now I’m measuring 2 weeks ahead and not just one! I’m scared because she told me babies that measure ahead more than a week or 2 come early! If he is bigger does that mean his organs are developed as well? If I have anterior placenta can that cause placenta privia later on?! I just scared I didn’t have this with the first two!

Also don’t you wish hospital food was a little better?! Everything was ok except for the dog food looking stuff in the bowel lol. But I forgot to put they only give food to those admitted so she was really nice to bring me something! I was appreciative but it wasn’t very good.
