32 weeks and confused!!!!

Hey guys!

I’m 32 weeks pregnant on the dot.

The last 2-3 weeks I’ve noticed that after a shower, shortly after, my nipples would look like there was dried milk in them. Being a “picker” (I pick skin off my lips and around my nails) I of course couldn’t resist to scrape it off/squeeze it out.

Now recently, my nipples will leak a little of, what I’m assuming is colostrum. (right?)

But, I’m only 32 weeks! Is this normal? Did I cause my boobs to start leaking early because I kept picking at my nipples??

Is this a sign she could come early???

I honestly feel dumb not knowing the answers to these questions.

I have an appointment on Wednesday, but I don’t feel like waiting that long for answers.

Editing for another question: If you leak colostrum really early like this, does that mean I might have a really good milk production? (I’ve been worried about not being able to produce enough.)
